Casino Lottery Rules

ELIGIBILITY

Casino lottery drawings are open to persons age 21 and over, who have associated with a casino through the "player club" program offered by that casino. The player must possess a valid and currently active club card which identifies that play by the designated pin number or coded identifier on the card with the player name on the card. Each player card may be entered into the raffle drawing once a day upon each visit to the casino during the drawing cycle offering by the casino group.

OFFERING OF PRIZES

There is NO entry fee to participate in a casino lottery drawing, and the National Lottery drawing is a "non-wagering" offering. The offering of the Lottery drawing is for promotional purposes only, and is provided as an incentive to visit the casino and be rewarded by chance for casino card plan participation. All prizes are provided and paid for by the participating casino, and the accuracy of prize money awards is administered by National Lottery and the sponsoring casino group.

HOW TO ENTER

Upon receipt of a Player Club promotional advertising mail piece, the promo card will direct the club member to return to the casino, enter their card into the Big Money Game Kiosk and receive the printed raffle ticket with name and ID number. The player does not have to have the ticket to claim a prize, although they must have their player club card and  ID. The Player Club member will receive a proof of registration by way of a casino terminal ticket, a validation of a lottery 'stub" from the mailer of similar form of identifying the member as having "entered" the current Lottery drawing. The drawing will have a specific "start" and "close" date, and the cardholder must be registered within the specified period. Player card holders may register for the drawing at all participating casinos that belong to the master casino group.

PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY

Each winner will be notified by US certified and registered mail, approximately 30 days after the close of the draw cycle. Players are responsible for all applicable taxes on winnings, and prize monies are NOT transferable. Winners agree by registration of their casino card that they agree to allow the announcement of winners in the participating casino, and a winners listing on the National Lottery website.

THE DRAW

The player registration card numbers will be entered into a random number generator from National Lottery and Smartplay, certified by Gaming Laboratories, and supervised by all drawing related parties.  The decision of the drawing officials is final.
