Casino Promotional Raffle
The promotional raffle is designed to use the casino's existing mail-out promotional campaign and link it to a raffle drawing.
By mailing out a postcard to the casino's existing mailing list, as done through loyalty programs, the casino can offer one free entry into the raffle drawing per day. In addition, the players would be given a predetermined amount of free plays in the casino or other customary promo offerings. It's a promotion provided by the casino which would be within the casino's current budget for free offer mail out promotions.
Each casino would be required to fund five dollars for every loyalty card registration during the drawing cycle at the casino for the official ticket. For example, if a casino were to mail out ten thousand postcards and six thousand players redeemed them for raffle tickets, each casino would be required to transfer thirty thousand dollars to a designated national bank account (Wachovia).
The official raffle ticket will be printed and dispensed from the Big Money Game kiosk, when the player club card member swipes their card into the reader.
The average raffle drawing will be a sixty day cycle, and all accounting will be done by the Big Money Game Kiosk servers at Smartplay, and the casinos on-line systems.
